The Absinthe Drinkers

The Absinthe Drinkers are a LitPop band who have embraced a steampunk aesthetic.

What is Litpop? Well, basically, they take poems from famous poets like Byron, Rimbaud, Hardy, Lihn Dinh, Gary Stein, Neil Bowers, etc, and read them to music. Like pop/rock/funk/surf etc.

(yeah, i know this is all a little short and curt, but this week i am madly at work on the 4th and final act of the Opera, which is going phenomenally well, but which is requiring a great deal of concentration. 4 songs in, 3 to go)
